By applying principles from Adult Learning Theory, I design corporate training experiences that are both engaging and impactful. My focus is on creating solutions that are relevant, practical, and immediately applicable, helping businesses achieve measurable results while empowering their teams to thrive.
I leverage the Kirkpatrick Model to evaluate the learning tools that I create. By evaluating based on Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results, I am able to refine and continuously optimize my processes.
